About Ari

Italian designer based in Cardiff, I've been studying and working in art and design since the age of 14, and I've spent several years as part of a small theater company where I had the chance to work both on stage, tutoring young kids up to the age of 13, and behind the curtains, starting to apply my creative knowledge to both set and costume. 
 

With a background in fine art and art history, my works are curated even in the smallest details, with a keen attention on the stories behind every character. By applying a range of techniques including traditional printing, breakdown, dying, and designing weave of fabrics, including experience with looms, I meet the challenges of each new project while continuing to research and learning new techniques to find creative solutions.
